Best Hotel Furniture, Inc. offers PTAC sales, and retrieval services. We carry new and used units, as well as used parts. In addition, we offer installation and retrieval of old units, cleaning services, and on-site consulting. Our used units are 42 x 16 Standard AC Units. We also carry new 42 x 16 PTACs and 26in thru-the-wall AC units. We carry a full line of accessories to fit your business's individual needs as well.
We carry Amana, Carrier, GE, and McQuay. If you're looking for another brand please contact one of our sales representatives, as we have many contacts throughout the industry and may be able to put you in contact with someone that can help you.
We carry 7000, 9000, 12000, and 15000 BTU units. The amperage of the units we carry can be 20 or 30. The voltage will be 208-230v or 265-277v, depending on your application. Some of our units are Energy Star certified (Great for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness). If you are unsure of what you need please contact us and we can determine the best solution for you, and your hotel.
We also perform PTAC cleaning services, with minimal interference to your day-to-day operations. Your hotel can maintain maximum capacity, while our skilled and professional staff cleans the unit - in the room, with minimal movement of the unit. A single annual cleaning with our unique system could extend the life of your air conditioners approximately three to five years. A consistent cleaning schedule of your units will lower maintenance costs and improve efficiency - potentially saving you thousands of dollars. In addition, consistent cleaning lessens room odor and improves your guests’ overall experience.
We are an environmentally-friendly company, that meets and exceeds all EPA standards. Material Safety Data Sheets are available upon request for all chemicals used in the process. We can also clean central air and split coil systems, with our unique Vacuum Over Steam process. We will also oil fan motors and change filters, based on work agreements.
